The Basics
"To be at home in the world is first to be at home in the body. After all, where else are you going to live?" - Jacob Lund Fisker, Early Retirement Extreme
Maintaining good health is a critical area of focus for ERE practitioners. The best way to approach this is a consistent, holistic approach overall well-being rather than addressing symptoms as they arise. It helps if you start out young, but there have been case studies to show that age is not a barrier towards obtaining good health.
